8 Eggs
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 quart Milk
1/2 pound Sugar

Beat yolks and whites of eggs seperately. Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly. Add Sherry. Beat mixture. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well. Serve with a light sprinkling of nutmeg

1/2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur

8 quarts Strawberries
1 pound Sugar
1 1/2 gallons Tea

Combine strawberries with sugar in large punch bowl and refrigerate for 2 days. Strain and combine with Rum. Right before serving add tea and chunks of ice.

/2 cup Strawberries

Combine in blender. Blend at low speed. Garnish with assorted fruit.
