Peel rind of whole lemon and drop into collins glass with end hanging over side of glass. Fill with ice cubes. Add whiskey and fill with ginger ale. Stir well.


Hot Brandy Flip

1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 beaten Egg
Hot Milk

"Beat egg, sugar and Brandy. Pour into coffee mug and fill with hot milk. Sprinkle nutmeg on top."


Hot Buttered Rum

1 1/2 oz. Rum
1 tsp. Sugar
1 pat of Butter
2 Cloves
Boiling Water

"Place sugar, Rum, and cloves in coffee cup or mug. Fill with boiling water. Add pat of butter and stir."


Hot Chocolate

1 oz. Kahlua
Hot Chocolate

Pour Kahlua into coffee cup. Add hot chocolate. Top with whipped cream.


Hot Creole

1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1-2 dashes Tobasco
Beef Bullion Cubes

Combine all but bouillon in old fashioned glass over ice. Add bouillon cubes. Stir well. Top with salt and pepper.

1 oz. Rum

1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Hot Milk

Combine all in coffee cup. Stir well. Top with nutmeg.


Hot Scotch

4 oz. Scotch
1 Sugar Cube
Hot Water

Dissolve sugar in few drops of water. Add scotch. Fill with hot water. Garnish with twist of lemon. Top with nutmeg.

1/2 oz. Vodka

Tabasco Sauce

Mix ingredients in a shot glass. Top with a few drops of Tabasco sauce.

1 oz. Bourbon
4 oz. Boiling Water
1 tsp. Sugar
3 Cloves
Cinnamon Stick
1 Lemon Slice

"Place sugar, cinnamon, lemon slice into coffee cup. Add 1 oz. boiling water and stir. Let stand for a couple of minutes. Add bourbon and rest of boiling water. Stir well and sprinkle nutmeg on top."

Imperial Eggnog

1 fifth Brandy

8 Eggs
1 pint Heavy Cream
1 quart Milk
1/2 pound Sugar

Beat yolks and whites of eggs seperately. Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly. Add Brandy and Apricot Brandy. Beat mixture. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well.

Ginger Ale

"Combine in saucepan. Heat until warm, stirring occasionally. Pour into mug and top with nutmeg."

Beat yolks and whites of eggs seperately. Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly. Add Apricot Brandy and Triple Sec. Beat mixture. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well. Serve with a light sprink
